I’m excited to write this post to share a new challenge I’ve been putting together with my assistant over the past few weeks…
What is it?
We’re challenging you to eat healthy, clean, real food for 2 weeks and see what it does your mind and body.
How to eat healthy?
You’re going to cook. We’ve tried to simplify things and give alternatives and shortcuts when possible.
How are we helping you cook?
We’re providing you with a 2-week meal plan with recipes (the recipes can be stretched and used over a month if you want to keep going), grocery shopping lists, and healthy eating guides.
And… we’re supporting you during the 2 weeks with daily emails on topics related to food and fitness for a healthier you.
There will be 3 live sessions. Each session has a topic and we will answer any questions you have.
All the live sessions are recorded. You can read your daily emails anytime and anywhere. You don’t even need to leave your house–unless for a walk or run which we will recommend that you do!
